Gail Welch Listing and Buyer’s Specialist
After working in Real Estate for many years, I decided to make a change and I joined the Ida Terbet Group of Coldwell Banker/Howard Perry and Walston 20 years ago. It seems like yesterday, but at the same time it also like I never worked anywhere else. We have set ourselves above the highest with dedication, knowledge of the market whether you are buying or selling and after selling over 10,000 homes over all these years our records speak for themselves.
I am married, to Joe, and we have two daughters, their husbands, and four grandchildren and we are lucky to have them close by. We are in love with our Dog, Cocoa which brings great job. I enjoy my flowers garden, my church and spending time with my family. I grew up in our neighboring county of Franklin and I love to share why people love to call Raleigh and the surrounding area their home. North Carolina is such a beautiful state and our mountains and coast are so close you can make a day trip to enjoy the seasons.
A business decision of buying a home turns into a decision of the heart when we find the right home for your family and I am dedicated to helping you make the right decision with the right information. I work within 50 miles of Raleigh and looking forward to working with you. We are a full-service company and have all what you need in a , lender, title company and well qualified Real Estate Closing attorney all here to make your purchase a smooth transaction.
